How to identify the main trend from large orders in the market? Practical Skills

1. Big buy and sell orders

The buy and sell orders in individual stock trading are a reflection of the price and quantity at which they are entrusted to buy, as well as the price and quantity at which they are entrusted to sell. At present, software trading systems can generally provide investors with three levels of buying and selling orders, namely buy one, buy two, buy three pairs of sell one, sell two, and sell three for real-time stock market trends. This type of buying and selling order is the whereabouts of a stock market maker, and its movements can be seen from it. In general, buy and sell orders with over a thousand lots can be considered as large buy and sell orders due to abnormal market movements.

2. Low level big sell order

If a certain stock has been running at a low level for a long time, and the stock price suddenly starts in one day, there are huge sell orders on the sell side (with hundreds or thousands of lots per order), and there are fewer buy orders. At this time, if there are funds entering the market to absorb, they will eat up the pressure orders on sell one, sell two, and sell three, which can be regarded as the banker's position building action.

At this point, the sell order may not necessarily be someone selling, but rather the market maker may be trading volume to attract investors' attention. At this point, if there are consecutive large sell orders that are immediately consumed, it reflects the exceptional strength of the market maker.

3. Proactive buying and proactive selling

When the market is experiencing a strong upward trend, there will always be a volume of trading volume hitting the market. If we just look at the trading volume after the close, we are often confused by the cheat line. Investors can analyze the true movements of the main market makers through proactive buying and selling. During the downward trend of the market, the ratio of buying and selling for a certain stock shows a clear active state; The overall stock index continues to decline, while the stock price rises against the trend with the cooperation of trading volume. Such buying is called active buying.
